I’ve been neck-deep in personal knowledge management for years now, trying every system and app that promised to revolutionize how I store information. But something kept bugging me. Why did some notes turn into action while others just sat there collecting digital dust?

Then I stumbled across Dr. Justin Sung’s PACER framework. It wasn’t even designed for PKM — it’s actually about how we process different types of information when we’re learning. But as I dug into it, I realized it might solve one of the biggest problems in knowledge management: we treat all information the same way, but our brains don’t.

HUGE UPDATE: Check out this article on how to apply PACER with templates and examples!
